WHAT IS PERSONAL SHOPPING?

Merchants won't accept your non-US credit card? If not having a payment form accepted by your chosen retailer has you stressed, relax, because we are here to help. Let us buy your items for you. Our concierge service allows our customers to shop from a large number of US merchants who ship strictly to the United States and/or do not accept international credit cards.

We have access to these websites and also their brick and mortar stores! We can either order for you online or physically go into the store if time is of the essence! Or even something as simple as you have an idea of what you need or want but don't have the time to do the research and cost comparison....WE CAN HELP!

CONSOLIDATIATION AND REPACKAGING

We open the individual items in the shipment and attempt to repack the contents into a more efficient, smaller or lighter shipment. It's happened to all of us...you order 10 items from Amazon in one order, and they send 6 different boxes! You have to pay for each of those boxes even if its 1lb....you still have to pay a minimum rate. Heaven forbid it was a pair of socks in a box that could fit a printer!!

HOW DOES IT SAVE MONEY?

To start with, items that are packaged individually will weigh more than if they are packaged together. It saves you money by attempting to reduce the dimensions and thus the dimensional and actual weights of your shipment. For example, Maria received a large box from a retailer that contains small items and a lot of unnecessary packing materials and air. By repacking into a smaller box, Maria's shipment has a much smaller dimensional weight which result in significant savings.

What about when you order a laptop from Walmart, paying US $80 to clear it and then open the box to see you got toilet paper!! By having us receive your packages and consolidating, we can make sure you receive what is ordered.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH ALL THE PACKAGING FROM ALL THE EXCESS SHIPPING BOXES?

Our foremost goal is to ensure your packages are consolidated and repackaged in a safe manner. So, if we can re-use shipping material like boxes, air bags and wrapping paper, we will. We try to ensure that when we consolidate and repackage your items, we take the utmost care. But there are times when additional packaging may be needed and while that cost is minimal, it is at the customer's cost.
